RETURN & EXCHANGES

RETURNS POLICY

  • We are happy to refund the EFFRA purchased item returned in saleable condition (unworn), in its original packaging with a proof of purchase within 14 days of received purchase. 
  • Please contact the Effra London Support Team for all returns enquiries, stating your Order No. at support@effralondon.com. 
  • We are also unable to accept returns or issue refunds for made to order items. 
  • Returns are not applicable on sale products.
  • Additional non-returnable items:
    * Gift card *Any and all items bought by third parties

RETURNING AN ITEM

  • Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment to the value of the item printed on the receipt/order confirmation
  • Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns for product purchased from a third party
  • Contact our customer service team at support@effralodon.com with your customer number. The item must be returned in saleable condition (unworn), in its original packaging with a proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase for your return to be accepted.
  • Once your email is received and approved, we will send you a shipping address. 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

REFUNDS & EXANCHES (if applicable)

  • Refunds can take 3-5 working days before they appear in your account, therefore we say to allow 10 working days for returns to be processed.
  • Unfortunately, at the moment, we are unable to accept exchanges.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@effralondon.com.
  • ORDER CANCELLATIONS
  • Please contact our Customer Service team if you would like to cancel your order, this must be done within 1 hours of placing the order. Any orders within the 1 hour window that have not yet been despatched we shall endeavor to cancel and refund.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
