    • Payments are usually processed within 1-2 business days once payment is confirmed.
    • Please note that all delivery times are our estimated delivery times and deliveries are subject to experiencing longer wait times due to post delays and/or increased demand for our piece's
    • During promotional periods and/or holidays our delivery dates may be extended in delivery days.
    • Depending on where we are shipping your package, we may contact you notifying you that it will need to be signed for upon receipt. If no one is available to accept and sign for the parcel at the delivery address the courier will leave a card to advise of attempted delivery.
    • To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Effra does not ship orders to the post office boxes. Effra does not accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
    • Currently, we accept online orders only
    • Please note that we do not accept online orders to P.O. Boxes.


  • All made to order items may be subject to longer wait times.
  • All made to order pieces usually take 10-15 business days but may be subject to longer wait times.
  • There are no returns or exchanges for Made to Order Pieces. Please make sure you know your ring size as there are no exchanges for made to order pieces.
  • During promotional periods and/or holidays, our delivery dates may be extended in delivery days.


    United States & Canada 

    • Currently, we accept online orders to addresses within the United States. Taxes will be applied at checkout according to state/province of the shipping address provided.

    International Shipments

    • International orders may experience longer wait times.
    • Please note there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment and that you will be responsible for paying for all fees incurred. Please note that EFFRA does not have any control over these charges and we cannot tell you what these costs will be, as the amount may vary by country. Please also note that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. If you any questions or would like more information regarding this, please contact your local customs office. 

    What if I refuse my shipment?

    • If you choose to refuse the delivery for the order you placed to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to EFFRA. The shipping amount will be entirely dependent on your country and you will be responsible for paying these shipping charges incurred.
