    • All orders beside made to order pieces are usually fulfilled within 2-7 business. Please note this estimation does not include shipping times.
    • Please note that all delivery times are estimated delivery times and deliveries are subject to experiencing longer wait times due to high volume of orders or post delays and/or increased demand for our piece's
    • We are currently only accepting orders which ship within the United States.
    • Payments are usually processed within 1-2 business days once payment is confirmed.
    • During promotional periods and/or holidays our delivery dates may be extended in delivery days.
    • Depending on where we are shipping your package, we may contact you to notify you that it will need to be signed for upon receipt. If no one is available to accept and sign for the parcel at the delivery address the courier will leave a card to advise of attempted delivery.
    • To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Effra does not ship orders to the post office boxes. Effra does not accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
    • Currently, we accept online orders only
    • Please note that we do not accept online orders to P.O. Boxes.

    • Currently, we accept online orders to addresses within the United States. Taxes will be applied at checkout according to state/province of the shipping address provided.

    International Shipments

    • Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
